A toast is a ritual in which a drink is taken as an expression of honor or goodwill. The term may be applied to the person or thing so honored, the drink taken, or the verbal expression accompanying the drink.
Most people are familiar with the traditional wedding toast, or have heard the gratuitous words when someone is being honored for a job well done. However frankly, we believe there should be more reasons to toast people in our lives who are deserving of it.
So if you know someone who just got a promotion, completed a hard goal, or that's just in need of some praise for something well done, let us know. We'll give toasts based on listener submissions - to the people in their life that deserve a brighter spotlight shined on them.
